Local Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Delectable products are handcrafted in small batches in San Francisco and are currently available on a limited local basis.

Local Delivery
Delivery is available only within our designated service area. Eligible delivery locations, available delivery dates, and any applicable delivery fees will be shown at checkout.

Batch Availability
Products are made in limited batches. Ordering windows may close when a batch sells out or reaches production capacity.

Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are prepared. The expected delivery or fulfillment date will be provided when ordering. Dates may occasionally change, and we will communicate any significant delays.

Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone can receive or promptly retrieve the order when necessary. Because our products are food items, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders that are successfully delivered but not retrieved in a timely manner.
